MEA is working in partnership with the Chorleywood Cricket Club (CCC) which is located on Chorleywood Common, a County Heritage Site, a Conservation Area and a Local Nature Reserve rich in fauna and flora, fungi, birds and wildlife.
Members of the Chorleywood Cricket Club have been playing on Chorleywood Common for nearly
200 years and the sight of a cricket match in progress is always a memorable experience. The club is a thriving local success story that has had a glorious history and the dedicated membership want to ensure the legacy of the club continues for years to come.
The shared vision of MEA and the Chorleywood Cricket Club is to build a new cricket
pavilion on the existing pavilion site which will also house a new MEA café and training centre that will be run by MEA for the benefit of cricketers and the local community.
We are happy to answer any questions you might have and if you wish to make a donation to our life-changing cause please see our Get Involved page.
